Maurice Miller's June Seven is originally a web-comic series that broadcast on the platforms of Comicfury, Webtoons and Tapas of 2013 to 2018 before appearing in the physical collection comic, Millsbury Media's ComicVerse.

While the series is a personal brand creation of the artist, Maurice Miller, it is also the first on-going comic series by Millsbury Media to also include the universe that all of the Millsbury Media Original comics and short comics reside in.

June Seven is the Second most viewed Web comic produced by Millsbury media and it is the third series ever publicly created by Millsbury Media behind the two one-shot series called 'PiRated' and 'The Black Kangaroo'. The series also holds it's first of the current three flagship series character, Gerald Seven, along side Nero Lyco of Pride Helix and Summit the Hyrax.

Plot

The series follows 22-year-old, Gerald Seven and his journey with his guild who also goes by the name of 'June Seven' as he tries to follow his father's galactic footsteps as well as keep his mother's earthly morals dear to him. He unconsciously, but intentionally tries to figure out what drove his father to disappear and why his mother ran away.

The series does follow the characters and Gerald during their daily routines as well. During this period most of the team members are still dealing with adolescence and being young adults. They try to balance their different space life with earth culture (especially when Gerald's younger sister and two of his teammates both are native to earth).

Unfortunately, the more they progress and Gerald takes on his career and becomes the 'Guild leader from outer space'... the more he uncovers the origins of his father's fate and his own destiny to avenge his parents and defeat Lioness Mose stoping "The Black coming of Reality Bending to Chaos" and in order to keep harmony to the 'Spectrum Light of Souls'.

Setting:

The adventure of Gerald and the Team or guild, "June Seven", takes place in the outer Universe in various locations, but most notably the "Renegade Space". Gerald and his friends are galactic mercenaries and work by commissions to go on adventures either for themselves or as party members affiliated with the Renegade Space. The team will sometimes take breaks on inner universe planets Obiliton and Earth where Gerald, Stellar, and Marcel all have roots.

Conclusion: Eventually, in this series, the chosen and destined Spectrum Souls must confront the fated-rejected Spectrum Soul of Black to enable peace upon the outer and inner universes. If the Spectrum Soul of Black succeeds in correcting the other spectrum souls then the natural, spiritual & celestial energy that is associated with their Soul's Spectrum Aura will cause catastrophe.

In the Comicverse Celestial energy greatly affects and bends the rules of reality. All Spectrum Souls (minus black) distribute an infinite amount of this energy while with the black spectrum soul will create chaos which can not happen.

Keeping Lioness the Black Spectrum Soul at bay from other spectrum souls like Gerald is the purpose of the base of the series until the Spectrum Souls are ready to seal the spectrum soul of black and stop the bringing of The Black coming of Reality Bending to Chaos"

Progression, Hiatuses, and Casualties:

This series debuted alongside Millsbury Comicverse and Pride Helix. All three comic series and webcomic series has been halted and delayed a lot due to the fact that the creator at the time was an early 20s college student and within the mid-years of his career as a graphic designer and artist. The freelance and corporate demand was high and being a full-time college student and full-time work isn't easy. The series had to make serious cuts.
